How much is the minimum order?
To ensure safe delivery of your products, there is a 2 jar minimum order, those jars however can be different flavours .

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
However please allow up to 12 working days for the goods to reach you.
Your orders will be sent out via Royal Mail Signed For (Second Class) in most instances.
If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place
(i.e. hidden from sight and protected if they think it is safe to do so).
A card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
In most instances, the carrier will take it back to the local depot,
and leave you a card telling you how to arrange pick up.

Do you charge VAT?
All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate.
Customers ordering outside of UK & EU will not be charged VAT.
What is your return policy?
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have created this 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
We receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of purchase of the product;
the returned product is unused in its original unopened packaging and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
3. RETURNS PROCEDURE
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must contact us immediately should you wish to return the product and we will give details on how to proceed.
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges.
If a Jenny’s Jams product is found to be defective upon delivery we will give you a refund for the full price including the original delivery charges should you wish to return the product without it being exchanged.
5. IMPROPER RETURNS
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
We will not refund or exchange the product;
we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
We are living and working through unprecedented times. The Covid-19 situation is developing apace. Whilst extremely challenging, we are endeavouring to take a cautious and pragmatic approach to how we best manage the short and long term welfare of our staff, customers, and overall business. At every stage we will continue to follow the latest advice from the UK Government and Public Health England. We very much appreciate the support of all of our staff in helping us to shape our thinking and to generate practical actions to ensure we can continue to help support the effort of feeding the nation. We have seen a significant change in demand for certain products and we are adjusting our production planning accordingly. We will continue to adapt with balanced and appropriate measures as circumstances evolve. We have developed a 5 step process for safer working together, these steps are;
1) We have carried out Covid 19 risk assessments and shared the results with those working here
2) We have cleaning, hand washing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance
3) We have taken all reasonable steps to help people work from home
4) We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2 meter distance in the workplace
5) When people can not be 2 meters apart, we have done everything practical to manage transmission risk.
